Sold updated bathroom

No, I didn’t sell the blog, but the rental property, the source of Many. Of. These. Posts. is now SOLD.

I’ll leave it at: I couldn’t be happier it is gone and off the plate.

That season has passed and it is time for other events, like watching children grow.

A big thanks to my husband and my parents who were very much the A-team during the last 10 years.

Maybe you’ve been here too. Mistakes are hard–choosing a house in the wrong location, buying the wrong house, and/or putting too much time/energy/money into it. Sure, there were still good parts, but they could have been replicated on a better choice.

In any case, here’s to a new year, a new start, and less to worry about. Perhaps there is more to worry about in other areas of our lives, but getting one part right (sold) is a step in the right direction.

If you’d like to see what was sold–it’s more than just beautiful–and you’d haven’t experienced a Matterport 3D virtual tour, check out last week’s video. In a COVID world, a Matterport 3D virtual tour can be a game changer for getting real buyers interested in your home.

Matterport transition between dollhouse view and 3D space view

Here was a fun sneak preview image I captured during one of the transitions between the dollhouse view and the virtual walk through view–it’s subtle, but I like the effect as one view blends into the other.
